Before joining WebBikeWorld, I worked full-time with Autocar India as part of the ‘Bikes’ team. In the world’s largest two-wheeler market, that meant a near-daily whirlwind of new motorcycles and scooters to test and review. With just a small team of four, it also meant a lot of time in the saddle, and naturally, I showed up to work clad in full riding gear from head to toe.
These days, I spend far less time on motorcycles, and when I do ride, it’s usually in situations that call for a more versatile footwear option than my Forma Ice Pro track boots. While I remain a staunch advocate for the unmatched protection of full-height boots, I recognized the need for a practical alternative that could bridge the gap between safety and everyday wearability.
