It’s remarkable how a few well-thought-out tweaks can transform a motorcycle on the racetrack. I experienced this firsthand last November at the Rajini Academy of Competitive Racing (RACR), when they let me take their track-ready Kawasaki Ninja 300 out for the weekend.

While I didn’t have the chance to compare it back-to-back with a stock Ninja 300, the improvements were clear. The front end feels light, and mid-corner inputs can unsettle the bike if you’re not deliberate. Precision and smoothness become essential, but the reward is a nimble, responsive ride that makes carving through corners incredibly satisfying.
